Lead the production team to deliver the volume plans, develop operator skills, following the TPM implementation, optimize the production processes, fulfill the OPEX saving targets, Ensure following QMS and deliver high quality standards

Develope problem solving methodology across the business to develope the people capability for problem solving activities
Build operation master plan for the business in 3 years horizon
Set the business objectives and help target achieving by building ful cascading exercise and measure tree
Train project leaders and track the saving progress across the factory

Reporting the cpacity of the production lines on yearly basis
Follow up and improve line performance
Set standard for line/labor standards as per costing requirements
Track small group activities for projects & saving
