5. Maintains the security of all testing materials.
6. Distributes, collects and accounts for all examinee testing materials.
7. Completes exam report forms with accuracy and speed.
8. Monitors examinees to ensure a secure testing environment and to deter cheating.
9. Reports any suspected irregularities to the Chief Proctors.
10. Walks quietly to monitor examinee conduct.
11. Completes written Incident Reports as required.
12. Attends all meetings as needed or required
13. Sign in and out each testing day on the Attendance Report.
14. Adhere to scheduled breaks and lunch times and 15 minute warnings.
15. Performs other duties as assigned.
1. Explains the registration process to the new comers.
2. Collects personal information from students who are willing to register.
3. Provides direction on day to day operations for Admissions and Registration, Articulation and Assessment Services and Information Services.
4. Consults with other areas of the Registrar’s Office to ensure coordination of services and effective use of resources.
5. Completes appropriate paperwork.
As Assistant Manager I am responsible of assisting a higher-level manager and fill in for them when they’re absent. My work is critical in ensuring that the team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
1. Responsible for hiring and firing employees, also responsible for employee discipline.
