 Lead the preparation and timely submission of mechanical tenders with accurate pricing and full compliance.
 Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to define scope and assess risks.
 Develop competitive pricing strategies in coordination with management.
 Supervise QS activities including BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and variation claims.
 Review and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations and negotiate best terms.
 Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for technical and commercial inputs.
 Monitor and control project cost performance against budgets.
 Maintain and update a database of pricing, suppliers, and subcontractor performance.
 Ensure compliance with company tendering/QS procedures and mechanical standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.).
 Prepare periodic management reports on tender status, success rates, and cost trends

 Prepare and issue requests for quotations.
 Interview prospective suppliers to determine scope, prices, discounts, terms to ensure that target prices,

 Prepare purchase orders complying with received PRs.
 Communicate/coordinate with the Project Management, Engineering, logistic and Construction teams.
