COORDINATION OF DRAWINGS WITH OTHER SERVICES. EVALUATE PROGRESS ON SITE.
ARRANGE PROGRESS MEETINGS WITH SUB CONTRACTORS & SUPPLIERS.
PREPARE QA/ QC DOCUMENTS, METHOD STATEMENTS BASED ON SPECIFICATIONS.
PREPARE DRAWING AND MATERIAL SCHEDULES.
PREPARE COMMISSIONING PROGRAMME, METHOD STATEMENTS AND MONITOR COMMISSIONING.
MONITOR THE QUALITY OF INSTALLATION ON SITE.
ARRANGE AUTHORITY INSPECTINS AND MEETINGS.
DRAFT LETTERSAND MINUTES OF MEETING.
• Managing the renovation and maintenance of facilities of Al-Ain Military Hospital.
• Reporting to Project Manager about the day today activities.
• Meeting the clients for their requirements, making quotations and supervising for the execution of the job.
• Installation, operation, periodic/preventive maintenance of Substations, MCC’s, MDB’s and DB’s, Diesel Generators and their Control Panels, Air Circuit Breakers, Fire Alarm Systems and External Fire Ring Mains, Elevators, LPG System, UPS Systems, Power Cabling, Pumps and their Control Panels, Diesel Boilers, Laundry Equipments, Kitchen Equipments, Central Water Filtration System etc.
• Conduct HSE seminars.
• Prepare preventive maintenance schedules
