• Leading a team of colleagues through coaching, development and engagement and motivation.
• Supporting and coaching a team of approximately 12 colleagues to deliver a service that is second to none.
• Understand how the coaching provided influence colleagues performance excellent framework.
• Implementing some HR process.
• Identifying, accessing and resolution of operational risks in line with company audit, regulatory process, and functions.
• Promoting a culture of positive behaviour in line with the company's behavioural framework.
