Working with multi-nation employee and works with safety regulations electrical codes, and industry standards in all maintenance activities, including lockout/tagout procedures.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on electrical systems, equipment, and machinery
• Conduct testing and calibration of electrical components, including motors and control systems, Maintaining air condition system of the plants by regular servicing of coils and checking of refrigerant including sensors of VRF type and Split type of AC.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Monitoring and controlling equipment from HMI as well as troubleshooting and finding faults in control panels.
• Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, diagnose root causes, and implement effective repair solutions to minimize downtime and production interruptions.
As a junior engineer, assisting in building electrical panel and helping wiring of the building. Working in the operation team monitor power break down and other electrical problems.
• Electrical Control of generator backup system & main power system
• Maintaining electrical equipment to their optimal condition
• Power monitoring of the backup battery for the server system
• Assisting for installation of the control panel for electrical equipment.
• Providing backup power by mobile generator or standby generator and reporting the fuel usage day to day.
• Daily checking the flow rates, Operating temperatures and other requirements for chillers.
• Identifying Faults, Reporting the senior and suggesting the corrective maintenance plan to restore the working condition
• Calibrating and testing electrical equipment and participating in equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning projects, including design reviews, equipment specifications
