Monitored the overall performance of the entities abroad (19 Subsidiaries & 16 Representation Offices, turnover in 2012: ): KPIs follow-up, control of the sales and gross margin, expenses supervision and account receivables follow-up in monthly basis;
Involved in the entity reporting process: Closing, expenses analysis/ provisions, forecasts, budget …;
Consolidated the subsidiaries turnover and realized the financial statements (P&L, SG&A, Balance sheet …);
Followed-up of the internal control & compliance rules.
Sales (per product/customer/country) and expenses reporting Implemented a Logistic reporting to ensure the costs control (freight in/out, stickering, storage …)
Elaborated Financial Statements (Balance sheet and Income statement) and followed-up the Aged Balance/Account receivable;
Project management: implementation of a double-currency bookkeeping in AED-USD to replace an AED-EUR bookkeeping.
Accounting work: exchange gain/loss impact analysis on the statistics, data captures in the new IFM environment, conversion of financial statements.
Association “Phoenix”: Tutoring for teenagers from underprivileged background. Headcount: Team of 18 persons tutoring more than 30 teenagers. Budget: 50 k €
Supervised all the activities of the Association; team recruitment/coordination; ensured the follow-up of the goals set in the specifications;
Represented the organization in front of our stakeholders.
Ensured the strategic development of the Association by negotiating partnerships: 3 partnerships obtained with High Schools in Marseille in order to facilitate the teenager recruitment; 2 partnerships obtained with companies to ensure our self-financing.
