My Responsibilities:
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
-Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
-Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
-Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
-Managing boosting and advertising campaigns.
-Managing Influencers marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:

• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
• Creating Daily, Weekly and Monthly analytics Social media reports for Facebook, instagram, and Twitter.
• Working hand to hand with the Graphic designer to come up with new and creative Ideas.
• Working hand to hand with the community team to help them answer our customers inquiries and upgrade their work quality.
• Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
Key Responsibilities:
•Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
•Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
Training:
• To provide Bayt.com’s Client with a training (physical or telephonic) to ensure their understanding of the website tools and basic function.
• Provide the new employees of Bayt.com with a training on the products and services of Bayt.com
• Train the employees on any new feature or new service.
• Train any junior product Specialists until they are fully aware of all the details for this position.
Customer Service:
• Post and activate job posting as per the client’s requirement. Ensure continuous follow up with the client to make sure posting credits are utilized.
• To follow up with clients and confirm their satisfaction
• To leverage this relationship ultimately to promote Bayt.com products and services and motivate repeat client usage (Renewals).
• To obtain testimonials from clients on the benefits of Bayt.com services.
• To promote positive client experiences on Bayt.com.
Recruitment:
• Do the recruitment on Behalf of Bayt.com clients and then share with them shortlisted CV’s .
• Conduct telephonic Interviews for the shortlisted candidates on behalf of the clients and then share the interested ones only.
• Assist with the recruitment for Bayt.com and conduct Telephonic Interviews for the candidates and then shortlist the candidates according to their qualification and report the most relevant ones.
• Handling Live Chat ( Respond to customers on chat,
Maintain client relationship for business and help the sales team in achieving target )
Achievements:
• Handling main accounts of our clients in United Kingdom, such as ( DPD, Pretty little things, Mango, Children Saloon, Bohoo, Voga Closet, P2P, WN, Asendia)
Key Responsibilities:
• Attended to customer complaints and resolved the same to their full satisfaction by following up and coordinating with the appropriate person/ department.
• Generate reports of shipments details, cases and client complains.
• Follow up and manage the accounts needs.
• Tracking traffic trends and conducting capacity planning and staffing studies
