•Handling all the employee resignation procedures In overseas areas (KSA/ Oman/ Kuwait/ Qatar)

•Coordinate all duties related to Governmental relations and Public relations.
•Respond to all employee's requests such as salary certificate, employment certificate, NOC, etc.
•Organize the leave plan for the entire organization, Monitor, validate, Approve and reject all Forms of leave requests concerning the joining date, Labor Card Expiry Date, etc.
•Coordinate with the health insurance company regarding the deletion, addition, claims and updates.
•Investigate the workplace violence and issue the disciplinary actions accordingly.
•Responsible for all on boarding and off boarding process.
•Prepare employees end of service.
•Assist the owners in any related tasks

HR & Office in charge at Arak management consultancy & human resource

- Responsible for leading and managing 2 recruitment teams ( Egypt team / Nepal team )
- Arranging labour travel documents (immigration clearances, passport, air ticket reservation, training for language and overseas culture and etc.)
