As a site project manager in Oggaz Cement Plant to drive CMA Lafarge mortar company to increase it's production rate from 180 tpd to 300 tpd and during those four months I start to occupy the plant manager, making in place :
- Preventive maintenance
- Maintenance and production KPIs
- Launching daily and weekly meetings and monthly performance
- Make in place safety procedures and SOP
- Launching the increase capacity project, starting by the Equipments Assessment and action plan with capex budget estimation
Managing a group of 115 employees at cement plant, Maintenance team is organized according to Mechanical, Automation & electrical and Preventive maintenance departements
Improve the Maintenance KPI (NAI and MTBF)
Reduce Fixed cost ,
Implement the M Inspect for preventive and predictive maintenance
Realize capex projects to improve production rate
