Produce and review lifting plans/risk assessments and method statements for the JVGAS project. Ensure high quality risk assessments are carried out for all lifting activities, with particular attention to recognizing the impact of change Responsible for assessing effectiveness of working practices and systems with aview to continuously - improving systems, personnel and individuals performance Implement lifting policies and procedures. Carry out rigging loft and equipment checks as per the scheme of compliance Carry out work in accordance with project requirements, standards and procedures Promote and encourage team safety performance through participation in ToolboxTalks, Audits and Risk Assessment. Support the development of a suitable and competent workforce capable ofexecuting rigging and lifting operations, including training and assessment of personnel . Site assurance checks on lifting equipment Ensure continuous improvement and best practice Demonstrate exemplary safety behavior and be a role model Participate in and support safety plans, policies and procedures Maintaining project procedures to align with current legislation and communicate to the lifting community
Managing lifting team and fleet in and out of the CPF for all lifting operation. Support contractor BHGE and Hydratight to install their equipment in mobilizationand demobilization.
Provide technical Guidance, Training and Support the project personnel, in developing safe work methods and plan for rigging operations. Identify all major lifts& there scheduled in advance. Know applicable codes and regulations for lifting and rigging operations. Monitor periodic inspection of all lifting tools & tackles. Ensure records of all thirdparty inspections of lifting tools & tackles/ equipment are up to date & valid. Ensure that adequate inspection and maintenance of the equipment has beencarried out. Prepare Risk Assessment for all rigging related activities in consultation with HSEManager. Prepare rigging plans; understand soil type, soil load bearing capacity and calculations, specification of rigging materials and lifting equipment. Review sequence ofoperation,
constructability & safety. Ensure preparation & review of Lift Data Sheets / Rigging Plans for heavy andcritical lifts. Liaising with GB regarding the preparation and APPROVAL of plans for critical lifts. Conduct Pre lift Meeting for critical lift. Perform the duties of the Person in Charge for critical lifts, ensuring compliance with the safe system of work. Monitor general Project rigging operations, to ensure that all heavy and critical liftsare performed in accordance with the approved rigging plans and procedures. Stop the operation, whenever an unsafe condition is identified or suspected or thatthe operation is inconsistent with the plan.

Lifting Supervisor:
managing Rigging crew and fleet to loading and offloading all package, containers, equipments and installation in the yard and from the yard to install . Participate to the installation of 1200T Gantry crane with ANIPSOTIKI SA team tounloading and installation of all heavy equipments attend and check all the lifting operations. Advise the crews and insure that the operations go without accidents. Supervise the loading and offloading the material, and ensure that allloads are secure before leaving. Give HSE Induction and EOD to new Employee-Managing HSE personnel and HSE related
activities on office and site. Attending weekly and monthly contractor meeting andreviewing the KPI performance.
Viewing and reviewing the company safety procedures and makes the systemrunning.
Supporting the HSE office in the daily running and administration ofthe siteand the main camp operations. Conducting daily, weekly, monthly & morning meeting and support site andmain camp operations as required. Ensure all the vehicles coming / leaving the location complies with the safety policy. Ensure the safety during the lifting operations, check and inspect allrigging gears, Equipment and the certificates of all rigging gears are valid. Assembles and installs supporting structures, rigging, hoist and pulling gear. Connects pulley and blocks to fixed overhead structures with bolts, shackles andclamps. Controls movements of heavy equipment through narrow openings or confinedspaces. Dismantles, maintains and stores rigging equipment. Manipulate rigging lines, hoist to move or support materials, steel and concrete. Test rigging to insure safety and reliability before engaging in hoisting and lifting. Ensuring that all activities are undertaken in accordance with all safety and requirements. Makes effective use of Technical Manuals to derive procedures and interpret operating. Limitations of equipment and machinery. Maintains situational awareness and is aware of any hazards within the area ofoperation. Understands forces acting on loads and counteracts to retain complete control overthe load. Process time sheets, expense reports, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)forms, and Job reports in a timely manner. Comply with all EHS policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive
