A Treasury Accountant plays a critical role in managing
the Company’s Cash Flow, ensuring accurate financial
records, and optimizing liquidity. This position requires
professional with a strong background in financial
analysis, cash management, and compliance to
contribute to the financial stability and success of the
organization.

The General Ledger Accountant (General Accounting
Officer) is responsible for the recording of financial
transactions in all books of accounts and preparation of
journal entries and financial statements of the company
and its affiliates. He is in-charge of timely processing of all
accounts receivable and payable of the company.

• Responsible for conducting audit engagements
and management consultancy services for
project sites located in the entire Visayas and
Mindanao geographical locations.
• Conducts audit kick-off meeting with project
management prior to audit field works.
• Conducts Project Audit of constructed
condominiums on the aspects of Safety
Adherence, Quality, Timely Delivery, Cost
Efficiency and Sustainability during the
construction phase of the project.
• Administer close-out meeting with the project
management and presentation of audit findings
to process owners together with audit
recommendations to resolve matters of audit
significant.
• Presentation of Audit Findings to the Chief Audit
Executive (Audit Committee) of the Ayala Land
Inc.

Manage audit team and accomplishment of
‘Comprehensive Internal Audit Report, Audit Working
Papers, Evidences and Recommendations’ on the aspects of Operational, Financial and Compliance audit for construction company engage in horizontal projects.

Collate the Daily Operation Report of engineers
from Oil Mill production plant and Oil Refinery
plant.
• Consolidate the secured data, identify variations
and investigate the fluctuations to allow the
making of finalize Plant Daily Production Report.
• Furnish the Comprehensive Oil Mill and Refinery
Plants Daily Production Reports to resident plant
manager, marketing manager, refinery plant
superintendent, in-house legal counsel, company
owners and Board of Directors, assistant
accountant and company’s comptroller (Chief
Financial Officer) as basis of their planning,
monitoring, costing and daily plant operation
decision making.
• Perform an Auditing function such as daily plant
ocular inspection every 2 PM (Daily Production
Cut-Off) of actual inventory level of Raw Materials
(Copra and Crude Coconut Oil), Finish Products
(Cooking Oil and Industrial Oil - for export and
local sale) and By-Products (Copra Meal and
Crude) to ensure that what has been reported in
Daily Production Report coincides with the
measurement of actual balance per tank.
• Generate and submit Incident Report with
corresponding recommendations and solutions to
plant manager for some identified irregularities in
plant day to day operations as well as for internal
auditors as basis for their further investigations
whenever necessary.

Timely processing and payments of all plant accounts payable. Accomplish Daily Cash Position Report and make journal entries daily and in monthly closing of books.
