Responsible for labor compensation, fire, households, fidelity guarantee, public reliability, contracting, personal accidents, marine insurance and medical insurance
Assist the manager in organizing workload between employees in order to accomplish the Claims Processing Dept.’s mission within agreed quality standards
Assist the manager in planning and developing procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department
Monitoring and making sure all queries and concerns are replied to and closed within the department’s standards
Implement complaints handling procedure, including the coordination with different departments in order to close any pending problem
Process or overview the processing of claims on system according to the applied terms and conditions and within the agreed turn around time
Assist in authorization of payment as a second signatory
Responsible for review and approval for all insurance policy \[ cash in safe / cash in transit; fedelity guarantee; electronic equipment; machinery breakdown; public liability; workmen compensation and medical scheme policy.
