(Sep. 2000 - Nov.2002): Clinical Pharmacist, Department of Clinical Pharmacy; and a team member in Acute Pain service, also team member in advanced pain management in the Palliative care service.

❖ (2008, 2009) Tutoring for students for level (7-12) for the following materials in English: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathmatics.
❖ (1997-2001) Cooperative learning, lecturing, discussion and group management for undergraduate pharmacy school students in Saudi Arabia for pharmaceutical and science materials.
SPECIAL PROJECTS
• ALSeef Hospital: Introduced acute pain management by using standard analgesics
guidelines. Have also provided and assist the medical services with the folowing clinical services: Drug information, Drug monitoring and pharmacokinetic assessment, drug interactions and compatibilities, patient councelling, and optimize drug therapy outcomes
• Dubai Hospital, UAE: I established pharmacological guidelines of pain control
medications for the use of oncology service.
Also, Established the standarization of drug's titration and calculations in the intensive care unit (such as narcotics, inotrops, and antibiotics)
KFSH&RC: Participated in several Drug Utilization Evaluation (DUE) projects in as follows: ➢ Ciprofloxacillin DUE criteria.
➢ Published paper: Pain Control with Morphine: Evaluation of Prescriptions for Oral Morphine for Outpatients at KFSH&RC. published in Annals of Saudi Medicine; july 1996.
➢ DUE follow-up report for Total Parntral Nutrition (TPN)
Promoted the Criteria evaluation for the "Hospital's Formulary" Drug addition of the following Drugs: Fentanyl Transdermal Patches (Duragisic), Hydromophone HCl
oral and injection medications.
Participated in several continue education programs for inservice lectures within
KFSH. Presentations were cited on the following subjects:
➢ Analgesics, Antianxiety and Pain Control Medications used in pregnancy.
➢ GORD diagnosis and treatmen.
➢ The use of antipsychotics in the management of chronic non-malignant pain.
➢ Tthe use of PCA and Epidural as tools in the control of Postoperative Pain.
Have participated in several patient counsling programmes, and clinical pharmacy skills workshops (in KFSH)
2011 - The chronic illness course provided by American College of Clinical Pharmacy (accp). Its and online study with ACCP that provide upgrading knoweldge o applied pharmacolgical studies.
2009 - The Teaching knowledge Test (TKT) course certified by University of Cambridge, provided by: american university of kuwait
