• Identifying sales leads which in turn be changed into a pipeline opportunity.
• Handling Egypt, KSA and Kuwait.
• Sales and presales presentations and demos for the customers.
• Responsible for marketing activities and strategy to identify prospects.
• Working closely with Microsoft Account Managers and channels to generate leads for Azure
platform and solutions provided by SDG Group (Celonis Process Mining, SAP solutions like SAC and
analytics portfolio solutions and SDG Group in-house built solution like predictive maintenance).
• Generating a prospect list which in turn will be changed into a solid pipeline.
• Sales and presales presentations and demos.
• Responsible for marketing activities like social media
Handling Account Manager requests for Enterprise
Content Management and Business Analytics solutions
in non-banking sector (i.e. telecom, petroleum,
pharmaceutical, retail, etc..)
Doing sales and presales activities, proposals and
quotations, responding to RFPs
Working with multiple vendors SAP and IBM
Responsible for IBM Software selling and generating business plan and new opportunities with IBM
Business partners.
Assisting the Business partners i am responsible for to qualify and do sales and presales activities for their pipeline customers.
Assisting business partners through the complete selling process and internal IBM required process for closing deals.
Reporting my pipeline and forecast for different partners to IBM channels and internal company manager
Communication interface:

- Prosoft team
- IBM Business Partners
- Presales teamleader to handle IBM Business Analytics products i.e. Cognos BI, SPSS, TM1, etc...
- Supporting all IBM Business partners regarding those products
- Delivering customer presentations, demos and pilots
- Creating technical offer customers, responding to bids and tenders
- Delivering sales, presales and technical training for partners
- Technical Presales presentation and proof of concept installations and demos
- Preparing Technical Offers for Customers as well as responding to tenders and bids

To develop/maintain comprehensive software and programming and provide support to clients and distributers that leads to customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Technical Presales presentation and proof of concept installations and demos
- Implementation for application installation.
- Support customers by phone
- Assign calls and visits to the technical members in my team.
- Follow up on the open ticket for customers by my team’s members.
- Follow up with customers to handle the upgrading and renewal tasks.
- Review the new installations.
- Assign the new installation tasks to the technical members in my team.
- Reporting about the finished installations, support done by both visits and phones.
- Install and configure the solutions.
- Provide support for customers and our partners’ engineers.
- Training users and IT staff to be familiar with the software.
- Delivering Sales Sessions to our Sales members in IBM’s Business Partners.
- Give technical presales presentation and find best suitable solution for customers.
- Preparing Technical and Financial Offers for Customers
- Acting as a consultant with many customers to deliver the suitable solution for their environment
- Starting from 2009 I started to do the Sales role occasionally in some opportunities
- Other duties as assigned.
