Planned, performed, and controlled the activities related to the preventive maintenance and operations of the mechanical-related systems including cooling towers, water cooled chillers, air cooled chillers, fan coil units, primary and secondary pump stations, firefighting and jockey pumps, boilers, cold rooms, plumbing, specialized hospital equipment, metal crafts, kitchen equipment and medical gases
