Key Responsibilities
Research Support
• Assist professors and principal investigators in academic research work, and schedule practical classes & experiments for students.
• Analyze existing research methodologies, design improved methods and processes, study sources of data collection and recommend supplementary reading material and articles.
• Prepare and present research reports, analyze results and draft articles for publication in reputable research journals and magazines.
• In-charge of scientific apparatus and equipment that includes spectrophotometer, XRD, and electron microscopes, set-up apparatus for scheduled classes and assist senior researchers and professors in conducting experiments.

Key Responsibilities:
• In-charge of teaching optics, thermodynamic, magnetism, electricity and mechanics under the experimental physics stream.
• Conducted classes for general physics and analogue electronics for undergraduate students, developed test material and examination papers, assessed performance and assigned grades to students.
• Designed student assessment scorecards, recommended learning & development programs and evaluated results to map academic performance improvement.
• Researched new teaching methodologies and employed innovative techniques to enhance student knowledge and increase practical application of key theory concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisted in the design and development of printed circuit boards with particular focus on adhering to standard norms of production and followed industry best practices.
• Oversaw the manufacturing process and implemented important projects to improve performance and increase manufacturing efficiency.
• In-charge of order fulfillment according to customer requirements in compliance with contractual obligations and planned production schedules to facilitate completion of work orders within specified deadlines and allotted budgets.
• Worked in collaboration with the quality department to verify quality of manufactured products before dispatching to customers and implemented corrective actions in case of defects or rejection during quality checks.

• 1 year: Technician, Solar Cells Module Assembling, Unit Assembly & Production of Solar Cells, Al Khartoum, Sudan
(Tasks handled: Solar cell soldering, laser cutting, final testing and framing)
