I oversee customer engagement, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery of consulting projects while fostering strong client relationships. My current focus is on delivering projects in offshore service delivery, GIS, IoT, and in-house product development for SME business management and the medical sector.
Additionally, I lead the implementation of Agile software development practices within the organization to enhance project efficiency and delivery.
During more than 2 years of stay at Quixel, I was responsible for overseeing the feature planning, development, and launch of Quixel Bridge, the Megascans (the 3D scanned objects) delivery platform.
The Product included a Web, Desktop, and Plugin version for Unreal Engine. The First Bridge Plugin inside UE 5 EA, was launched under my supervision in June 2021. After UE5.0 EA I remained in charge of numerous minor and major releases of Bridge versions and the Quixel website as well.
I also worked as an Agile Transformation Leader for Quixel and was responsible for Planning, implementing, and guiding teams in the adoption of Agile software development practices such as writing stories, scrum meetings, running sprints,
release planning, and retrospectives (metrics/burndown/velocity, etc.)
Worked as a Product Manager for my last 4 years at LMKR. Working with Sr. Product Manager, Customer Support, Marketing/research teams, and end users in requirement analysis and preparing the Market Requirements document and Product Requirements document, defining Release charters, and managing product backlogs.
For almost 4 years I remained in the role of Dev Lead. Working as a senior developer and mentor for junior team members and coordinating with PM in feature understanding and making technical decisions.
As a Dev Lead, I successfully established a development team for Geology products of GeoGraphix Discovery Suit. The product suite included the products of PRIZM, XSection, smartSECTION, ZoneManager, and some utilities.
My first assignments in LMKR were related to research work in 3D Volume Rendering, working with huge seismic data in the form of 3D Volume. My role was to understand the theory; prepare mathematical models, experiment with data, and implement the algorithms.
Worked in multiple products development for public sector organisations mainly the following :
1. Dev Lead Office Automation Group ( IBM FileNet P8 )
2. Development of Geographic Information System (GIS)
Bachelors in Mathematics and Physics.
Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science form Department of Computer Science, Punjab University, which later became the Faculity of Computing and Information Technology.
M.Sc. Computer, with major in Software Engineeing, Computer Graphics, Quantitative Analysis for Management and Multimedia Application Designs.
