Advanced Supply Chain Planning - Analyzing all the Planned Orders/Purchase requisitions (suggested by ORACLE ASCP ) based on the Material Lead Times, Preferred Suppliers and Suppliers Past Performance. Identifying the exceptions (if any) related to Planned Orders/Purchase requisitions and coordinating/following up with relevant Department(s) to satisfy the Demand Due Date and ensure smooth Supply & Demand relationship.

Requisition Analysis - Analyzing the purchase request from End User Department(s) and determine the appropriate method of procurement, Quotation, Tender and Request for Proposal.
 Forecasting & Planning - Forecasting likely levels of demand for services and products based on historical data and currently monthly average by maintaining healthy stock levels to meet the business needs and maximize business efficiency.
