Created method statements, PTW, LOTO, and switching procedures, preventive maintenance manuals, and other quality standard documentation as per company needs. Arranged checklists for Electrical Equipment Maintenance as per codes, manufacturer recommendations, and best practices. Oversaw thermal scanning of busways, breakers, cables, and additional electrical equipment and formulated accurate reports. Used breaker analyzer EGIL, Micro Ohm Meter MOM 690, and HV Megger MIT-515 for Medium voltage circuit breaker timing, earth switch, bus bar contact resistance, CT’s, power transformers, and insulation resistance tests.
• Led the operation and testing of all protection relays of medium and low voltage, Siemens, Areva, and Bus bar/MV cables by utilizing secondary current injector FREJA 300 & Sverker 750 and Hi-Pot Tester.
• Operated and maintained 5MW, 6.6 KV Emergency Diesel generators CAT 3616, variable frequency drives, DC battery chargers, UPS, low voltage Switchgears, and motor control centres.
• Ensured the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of motors as per NEC/NFPA 70 B checked the generator efficiency through no-load, on-load test according to schedule.
