To schedule, plan, coordinate and direct Power Plant Operation / Overhaul
Top and Major Repair / Preventive and Corrective Maintenance activities,
4.375 Mw each Caterpillar 3616 Engine Models in the most economical and
efficient manner ·
Carry out all, inspection and maintenance of the Power Plant in accordance
with the recommended Maintenance Schedules. Maintenance has been
done after 250 hrs, 500 hrs and 2000 hrs which include: - Inspect/Adjust
Engine Timing, synchronization and valve Lash timing. - Inspect
Turbochargers, after cooler, Camshaft and Governor Actuator linkage. -
Check Oil filters, Air filters, Centrifugal filters and Fuel system primary Filters.
Provide adequate information and submit annual and monthly reports to
management regarding the status of power plant operating condition,
generation, and diesel consumption.
Maintenance of Emergency CAT Generator (230 kW), Electric Sauer
compressors and Diesel Sauer compressors.
Coordinate and monitor all MEP activities (Mechanical, Electrical, Water,
Plumbing, Drainage and Fire Fighting) with the program schedule for proper
flow of work
Design and develop new systems, processes, and equipment to ensure
manufacturing is efficient and effective
Ensure that all commissioning activities are carried out with all appropriate
consideration to the safety of the labor involved, those associated with the
installation and the integrity of the installation itself
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in welding and
cutting of products and structures, such as pipes, vessels and boilers,
applying knowledge and welding techniques, materials, and equipment, and
fabrication requirement.
Plan and carry out pipe tasks such pre fabrication and erection of piping
Systems, as well as the erection of supports, tanks, pumps, and valves in
accordance with plans, NDT, punch killing of test packs, and performing
hydro test to ensure that the job is proceeding in accordance with the
necessary standards or According to the client-provided specifications.
Identified and addressed all issues that arose in a quick and efficient manner
to ensure minimal interruptions of work.
