Duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Verifying client statement and preparing and mailing invoices.
- Posting journal entries and maintaining trial balance up to date.
- Preparing receivables aging report and related MIS reports.
- Reconciling banks, sales and receivables accounts etc.
- Preparing and maintaining financial records.
- Checking for accuracy and editing files, like contracts & copying, scanning and storing documents.
-Receiving documents, checking for accurate stamping and meta-details and processing according to procedures.
- Preparing cheques for various transactions like utility bills and other expenses.
- Ensuring practices are in compliance with the legal as well as with the prevalent financial framework.
- Providing month-end management reports and assisting in the preparation of financial statement at the year-end.
- Assist management and co-workers with vendor issues, data entry, audit requests, and other projects as needed.
- Ensure on-time process on internal employees’ expenses reimbursement.
- Proactively and promptly respond to telephone inquiries concerning outstanding or disputed invoices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Review and ensure that purchasing transactions are in compliance with the company’s policy and statement of practices.
- Maintain records of purchase requests, quotations, PO and other important data.
- Maintain and update a fully exhaustive master supplier list with their address, contact personnel, delivery times, and potential future development.
- Track delivery periods from items in order to ensure that the items are procured within the expected lead time.
- Confer and follow-up with suppliers regarding late deliveries and outstanding orders.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the suppliers/vendors.
- Work with team members and procurement manager to complete duties as needed.
- Performed various office management tasks, including supervision of the office's physical operation, ordering supplies and coordinating with vendors.
- Conducting new-employee orientations which include the benefits enrollment for a new employee, administers pre-employment tests and conducts reference checks
- Providing employees with information regarding medical, dental and vision insurance and processing enrollments.
- Manage new hire recruitment, orientation and training as well as performance evaluations and terminations.
- Ensuring the updated renewals of any license, certifications or testing is forwarded to appropriate facilities upon receipt.
- Ensuring all required renewals are received prior to expirations.

- Research Specialist at Abu Dhabi International Airport.
- Mystery shopping as a customer in various banks such as ADNB, ADCB, Mashreq and HSBC
