Supply Chain Management - Petro Rabigh (Aramco) Project
Responsibilities:
• Team Management - to integrate high performance, compliance to procedures and innovation in processes
• Coordinate with functions and entities such as vendors, transportation management and warehousing to create maximum value for the customer
• Maintain a strong communication network with all stakeholders in the Supply Chain to ensure high visibility of customer's orders
• Organize and Implement Continuous Process Improvements

Supply Chain Management - Petro Rabigh (Aramco) Project
Responsibilities:
• Maintain communications and strong relationships directly with international suppliers and manufacturers to confirm production schedules and ensure on-time deliveries
• Monitor all open purchase orders in the Petro Rabigh Inbound Logistics and Production System to ascertain on-time deliveries
• Actively update and report material availability concerns to all stakeholders in the supply chain such as the end-users, logistics, inventory and purchasing teams
• Monitor and maintain a Master Report which keeps a check on material availability and delivery dates - report and notify on any changes in material availability as informed by suppliers, and update the SAP Production System in order to reflect accurate information for better material demand planning
• Maintain purchase order status and shipment progress monitoring information in SAP/SCI platforms
• Communicate, coordinate and acquire the required international shipment and commercial documents from suppliers to arrange for shipment transport and delivery
• Assigned to work on Shutdown Material Management with a task force Joint-Working-Party for special projects such as planned and emergency plant/refinery shutdowns
