Responsibilities:
1. Developing marketing strategies, target audience, schedules, conduct market research for Industry and competitors.
2. Taking part in Exhibitions, Seminars and Lectures to get updated in trends, methodologies, tools, and technologies.
3. Vendor Management: Establishing good relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices, terms and inspection.
4. Order Placement and Tracking: timely taking orders, tracking shipment status, providing feedback to the customers.
5. Price Management: Set smart pricing strategy, review feedback reports, and adjusting as per market requirements.
6. Promotions and Displays: Collaborate with marketing team for implementing effective promotion strategies.
7. Enrich employee skills through Management Training Programs by guidelines to customer interaction and feedbacks.
8. Develop WiMetrix RFID (Radio Frequency Identity) ERP system to track Production, Quality & Wages disbursement.
9. Cross-functional Collaboration: Align communication to align marketing strategy with Operation teams.
Achievement:
• WiMetrix RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) ERP successful and 100% implementation within a time frame of 1 Year, with Live Reports of Production, Quality, Wages & Salary administration, along with Install Basket & Trolley system for WIP movement as per factory’s viability.
• Add New Product of Ladies and Men’s Undergarments, making them on available Machines within 1 month.
• 1 year on Projects with GIZ for improving of Quality & HR to 20% by CMT’s (Change Management Teams).
Started as Head of Engineering and later took on the leadership of the Planning and Merchandising departments. Responsibilities:
1. Product Knowledge: Understand product specification, pattern, feature, types, and benefits for customer.

8. Understand Customer drive and Engineer product comfort for Production Run as well at Sampling Stage.
9. Filling Production Line's by vibrant Line Loading Plan & Execution, BOM making, feeding them into ERP/Excel sheets.

• Project of Feasibility b/w New Facility, Outsource or On Rent with Capacity Building of 2K to 8K Pcs/Day.
• MOQ Increasing Impacts on Overall 15% Cost Reduction and Increase 25% Efficiency of every Department.
• Engineer Lead Time Process reduction 5 Days by eliminating Non-Value Added Steps, Process & Operation.
In a role as the Head of Industrial Engineering and Planning departments at the Denim Factory in "ASKARI Apparel". As a head, oversaw operations that included planning and operations of diverse products such as chinos, kids wear, dungarees, pants, and cargos supplying to international market.
Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management: Monitor physical inventory level and lead PPC dept by orders as per their Trims availability.
2. Making TNAs on Forecast basis and follow-Up MMC procurement, on material In-house till delivering Product.
3. Auditing WIP on Weekly, Monthly (Internally) and Quarterly as required by the Financial Auditing departments.
4. Preparing Strength Plan as per PPC Plan with GM’s Approval & Preparing Organogram of Operational Staff.
5. Setting-Up Production Targets and Committing Deadlines to customers on OTIF as per running Orders scenario.
6. Preparing PCR & PP Meeting of inducting Orders, and Monitoring Daily, Weekly and Monthly Production Efficiencies.
7. Launch AIPS (Attendance Incentive Payment System) to manage absenteeism and Employees Compensation.
8. Estimating the Cost of Quality Control by improving the Value of Garment.
Achievements:
• Installation of New Boiler in 20 days for Washing Dept and FOH Calculation including all operational Costs.
• Prepare ROI in 6 months with Profit and Loss (P&L) from Export VS CMT, comparing it with other Factories
• Defining Incentive Manpower Planning Level for Production Depts and appraisal as per their Performance.
Joined CBL as a SAM in Industrial Engineering Dept. It is a renowned for its distinct Engineered Structure and Planning. Revamping a defunct facility by conducting feasibility analysis on existing machinery, acquiring needed equipment through strategic ordering. Crafting innovative factory layouts to accommodate all departments efficiently, facilitating Stitching Line extension up to 6 Lines to meet daily production goals ranging from 6K to 10K units.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop SOPs, deploy Policies and define KPIs for the all departments, evaluate their Job Task Analysis every quarter.
2. Train quality staff on 7/O Inline & End-line System, using different formats, reporting, and resolving problems.
3. Creating Mock-Ups of every operation, led daily GEMBA Walks to identify problems to solve via CAP’s.
4. Develop a Process Flow Chart or Work flow Optimization and machines Spares & Repairs Management scheduling.
5. Implement Quality Control System by Pretto Chart 80/20 Rule and establish piece-rates for contractors/ Labors.
6. Energy and Power cost analysis to Control and utilize Efficiently and Effectively,
7. Create templates for all departments to streamline reporting and grasp the current situation.
8. Designing and engineering Smart factory layout, implement Line Balancing, and ensuring '6 S' throughout the factory.

• Setting up a Denim Facility in 6 days from a defunct knitted factory & made it Operational upto 6K Pcs/Day.
• Smart Factory layout by 5S (later 6S) Implementation including in the SOP’s of every Department in 30 Days.
Commenced my career as a Management Trainee Officer after graduating. • Introduce PITS (Production Incentive Tracking System/Coupon System) for the 1st Time in factory in 30 Days.
