Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technology services projects to expand/upgrade facilities/systems, or to open new locations in UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait & Oman.
Recommend initial analysis & cost estimates, designed the actual solution and presented to local management. Prepare appropriate financial justifications & project plans for final review & approval.

Participate in technology services aspects of assigned Corporate, EMEA or local country projects (e.g. Dim Weight, Powerpad, MUFASA, LEO etc). Perform installations, surveys and create documentation etc that is in accordance with defined parameters.
In the event of a serious business outage implement the established contingency plan. Keep the Manager & key departments informed on the status of progress. Perform defined preventative measures such as making & testing backup & storage of business critical data, maintaining documentation of all network and business critical systems details (eg configuration information).
Provide analysis & updates for IT functions & local Management. Includes preparing accurate & relevant information/ recommendations relating to less complex technical projects/issues/requirements. (e.g. modifications to new IT hardware that improves productivity etc)
Work closely with InfoSec team to implement and administer network security hardware and software, enforcing the network security policy and complying with requirements of external security audits and recommendations.
