In addition to above at S # 1, following were the additional responsibilities assigned to me in the capacity of Director Admn:-

•To deal all kinds of enquiries as well as complaints received from Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Ministry of Energy, Islamabad.
•To deal disciplinary cases of officers / officials involved in misconduct
•To deal issuance of NOCs / NECs of Employees
•To deal transfer / posting of officers / officials and all HR functions
•Preparation of all types of statistical reports
•To deal promotion / up-gradation of employees
•To deal training and development matters of employees
•To deal creation /bifurcation cases in respect of Circles/ Divisions / Sub Divisions and other offices in GEPCO

Training & Manpower Planning

In addition to above mentioned at S.No.1 & 3, following additional responsibilities were included in my job description:-

•Almost for consecutive 5 years, dealt recruitment / induction of new employees and then subsequent orientation at Regional Training Center / Circle Training Centers.
•Exerted extra-ordinary efforts in revision of organizational structure of MEPCO / Company.
•Worked with USAID as a
