To plan, make time schedule, supervise, coordinate material handling, secure equipment’s, installation works, casting concrete, block work, screed, paint, false ceiling etc. According to specifications, approved shop drawings, method statements, and procedures in order to meet the contract program.
Liaise with Project manager, MEP, Engineers, supervisors, logistic team and other parties to ensure proper coordination of engineering and construction activities.
Ensure the best implementation and installation of services in coordination with subcontractor.
Prepare and issue (Inspection requests) in order to obtain approval (clearance) from the client representative.
Dealing skill-fully with a diverse range of people: from clients to architects; bricklayers to other engineering professionals; sub-contractors to members of the public, while supervising construction.
Ensuring safety standards and quality of workmanship.
Managing resources with effective utilization.
