I was here senior analyst of Portfolio Reconciliation (OTC Derivative process) for investment banking in State Street HCL Services Ltd. My Roles & Responsibility are performing daily financial transactions between client Vs broker as verifying the accounts, calculating the (Notional, MTM), and Position trades. Zero uncommented breaks, necessary escalations to counterpart/clients for unresolved breaks. Responsibility is the need to attend the weekly or monthly call, whatever we have the breaks, this needs to discuss with the client, & the client will give the best idea or solutions to resolve the breaks. So, on a daily basis, we have the daily OTC reconciliation between two parties. I have reconciliation as a tri resolve and manual reconciliations based. I have a reconciliation like Mercer, Axa, GAM, etc. I am also here for a quality checker of the reconciliations. Being a part of External OTC Derivatives Reconciliation, Responsible for comparing, verifying, and validating Trade Economies for State Street Clients with their prime Brokers and Investment Managers. Product type includes Swaps (IRS, CDS, basket and Index Swap, TRS), Options (Call and Put), FXs.Telephonic and E-mail Interactions with State Street’s Clients, Prime Brokers and Investment managers for any Discrepancy, insufficient Documents an investigation that includes Notional differences, Mark to market differences, maturity date Differences, Currency differences, Entity, and Product class differences.
