I performed key role in development of Unit rates with material quantities, Manpower hours/cost, Equipment hours/cost & subcontractor Works cost. I reviewed the Unit Cost statement and determined the reasons to reduce the overrun cost and successfully controlled the cost variance. The interim and final payment certificates as per approved method of measurements to proceed the payments on time. I scrutinized the Contractors and Sub-contractors submitted Variation Orders, Claims and successfully closed out. Negotiated with contractors regarding additional costs, final account. I coordinated with IT Team and successfully developed and Implementation of project and costing Oracle modules.
