standards, and timelines.
• Concrete handling: Supervised concrete casting for tanks, manholes and retaining structures, ensuring proper
curing and framework.
• Substructure: Monitored the excavation for piles, installation of reinforcement and concrete pouring
• Road Infrastructure: Supervision of earth work, subgrade preparation, sub-base and base course preparation
and pavement construction.
• Quality Assurance and control: Conducted inspections and testing of materials and workmanship to maintain
high construction standards.
• Building Works: Directed building works execution including masonry, plastering and finishing tasks.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare and submit regular updates on project milestones, challenges, and resource needs
to senior management.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain detailed records including site plans, engineering drawings, and compliance
reports
• Problem Solving: Address on-site issues such as design conflicts, material shortages, or unexpected ground
conditions.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure all workers adhere to DHAs occupational
health standards.

Site Supervision and Execution: Oversee daily construction activities on-site and ensure work is progressing as per the project plan, design, and specifications including monitoring of subcontractors and labor for quality and productivity.
Concrete Works: Executed concrete works for drainage channels, footings and overhead tanks.
Piling works: Managed piling operations for foundations as per geotechnical specifications.
Quality Control: Ensure all construction activities comply with quality standards and specifications. Conduct inspections and quality checks (concrete, compaction, masonry, etc.). Address non-conformities and take corrective actions.
Infrastructure Development: Supervise the development of roads, drainage, water supply, sewage systems, and electrical lines. Monitor the laying of pipelines, cable trenches, culverts, manholes, etc. Ensure proper levels and alignment in infrastructure elements.
Safety Compliance: Implement safety protocols and ensure all workers follow safety rules. Conduct site safety briefings and toolbox talks regularly. Identify hazards and mitigate risks.
Progress Reporting: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Report deviations from plan and suggest corrective measures. Assist in billing and documentation for work done.
Material and Resource Management: Monitor usage and inventory of construction materials. Avoid material wastage and ensure efficient resource utilization. Raise requisitions for required materials/tools/equipment.
Technical Support: Interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. Resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the design team. Provide guidance to site workers and junior engineers.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the project complies with local regulations, environmental norms, and statutory approvals. Coordinate inspections with government authorities, if needed.
Stakeholder Communication: Update project managers, clients, and consultants on site activities. Attend project meetings and contribute technical inputs
