Strategic Planning
• Demonstrate thorough understanding and success in the basics of the selling process - planning, prioritizing, prospecting, qualifying, presenting, value proposition development, negotiating, closing, renewing, strategic thinking and relationship building.
• Responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the company's business plan.
• Provide annual Sales Plan and quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the Plan.
• Coordinate the specific objectives of the Sales Plan with all of the functional departments of the company and, most specifically with Product Development and Marketing to negotiate mutually agreeable pricing and terms.
• See the "big picture", primarily to see how a territory, category, client and individual program may or may not fit into the company revenue and profit performance and advice senior management on trends, issues and potential problems.
Execution and Monitoring
• Responsible for the overall coordination, the functional management and leadership of all of the sales activities of the business.
• Develop program/price/terms that lead to efficient, effective and renewable business (based on understanding individual customer & category finances and use of basic business math).

Team Management
• Recruit, develop and manage intelligent, ambitious and experienced sales team of over 80 members who operate as business leaders.
• Delegate authority to the respective Sales Managers and Unit Managers to monitors the team on assigned JD & JO on daily productivities, consistently maintaining KPI and regular appraisals on monthly basis to improve strength of the Sales Team.
