• Actively contribute to the overall management of the organisation to achieve its strategic goals
• Route Profitability (P&L) review and reporting
• Month Closings and Management reporting pack submission
• Monthly Cost and Revenue analysis and reporting
• Statutory Compliance and Annual Accounts/Tax Reporting
• Financial Control and Management Reporting
• Compliance with Company Finance Manual and Corporate Governess
• Coordinate and Manage Internal and External Audits
• Annual Budgeting and support departmental Heads in preparation of their Budget
• Strict Cost Control and Cost Efficiency Compliance
• Support GM/RGM with sales/revenue analysis to achieve their yearly targets
• Support GM/RGM in opening new regional business ventures
• Intercompany/branch clearings and accounts settlements
• All UK Bank Accounts Managements and Funds Control
• Accounts Payable Control and Management
• Accounts Receivable Control and Credit Management
• VAT and other HMRC Tax returns
• Monthly PAYE, APD HMRC returns
• Fixed Assets Control and Reconciliations
• Contracts reviews negotiations and to manage the timely renewals terminations/replacements
• Company Payroll and HR Budget Management
• Coach and develop team members skills, including setting objectives and KPI reviews
• Liaison with external clients/third parties i.e. auditors, bank, legal advisors, regulators etc.
• Coordinate and assist Senior Management in adhoc projects/assignments
• To manage all administrative, legal, taxation and HR matters for the company within UK and Ireland
