o Receive all the confirmation from Sales and send to underwriting team (HO).
o Evaluate all received confirmation and endorsements and inform to the Sales and brokers for missing documents.
o Assist to BM for prepare the monthly quarterly and annually sales reports.
o Receive all the claims from clients and sales and send to the claim department and follow-up with record.
o Follow-up for the policy issuance with TPA and medical team.
o Analyses and reviews quotes for new business and renewals as requested by the Sales and brokers.
o Verify all the client information provided by the Sales and brokers before sending to the medical team.
o Maintain all the claims and sales records of Sales and brokers
o Send the renewal terms, Loss ratio and COC letter to the sales team and brokers
