•All types of software including operating system, Customer Support Software installation and troubleshooting.
•Wireless Networking Facilities.
•Software and hardware Support to 50 Mobilink Franchises of North-2
•Updating of BLACK BERRY (Bios, Software’s and Backup and restore data)
•Work on HP Service Centre (Mobit)
•Troubleshoot Hardware problems on Desktops and Laptops
•Installation of operating system, Service packs and Driver software
To Built and train the Customer Support Team.
• Providing customer support to buyers and complaint customers.
• To manage and maintain the records of computer systems those were imported.
• Trouble shooting of infected PC’s.
• Network and Hardware conflict resolutions and providing maintenance and record keeping of computer part which are faulty and needs to be replaced, given advice on Hardware peripherals which is need at a particular time
