My work covers from managing team to develop large complex web application solutions for this company. I am Group head so all development and administration related problems are directed to me and I help my juniors to over come them.
Here my main role is to make large website, handle client meetings and manage existing projects along with training junior programmers.
Junior Developer and role was to learn new technologies in web development and help senior developer until i was promoted to project coordinate manager and senior developer after couple of years of work. Then i was responsible for the projects to complete on time and create and maintain a bridge of understanding and harmony in between project members.
My degree had two majors one in Software and another in Electronics. But lately i put more focus on software development and my final year project was based on Software Engineering side.
