Duties Involved:

• Resume screening as per job requirement
• Ensure smooth flow of Hiring and getting the best talent on board
• Conducting pre interview rounds
• Conduct assessment rounds both technical and non technical
• Documentation of employee records,
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned
•Maintaining monthly goals attendance and administrable activities
Areas of expertise:
• Ability to successfully adapt to changes in the work environment
• Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email/outlook
• Demonstrates understanding websites, Job portal, Walkins and Bulk hiring.
• Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
• Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging employee issues, escalating when necessary
Duties Involved:
•Understanding the Job requirement and positing similar job On portals
•Shortlist the candidates
•Conduct pre assessment and brief about the job role.
•Provide support in growing online business to the clients
•Enhance and resolve Issues related any employee query
•Conduct Assessment, Aptitude Test and related test

•Maintain through Quality feedback from the clients
•Critical issues Management and ensure steady improvement within stipulated timeframe
