• To prepare monthly and weekly production plan as per RM/PM availability.
• To give Purchase orders for tertiary packing material with the Approved vendors.
• To coordinate with the companies customers to get monthly production orders.
• To coordinate the purchase department for the delivery of raw material and packaging material so as to prepare monthly plan.
• To prepare the dispatch plan for both principle to principle customers and loan licensing customers
• To monitor the actual dispatch dates against the dispatch plan.
• To coordinate with QC for bulk release timing for the production process.
• To coordinate with QA for the finished goods release.
• To coordinate with the warehouse for the raw material stock and finished goods stock and to ensure all the materials reaches on the committed dates.
• To send the daily production reports for the companies customers
