Daily: Prepare attendance sheet of staff employees of Finance Division, HO and type all the correspondence.
Ensure safety and security of payroll records.
Monthly: Prepare Salary letters.
Assist in punching and editing of Payroll deductions of officers.
Arrange and provide stationary to officers and staff members of Payroll Section.
Maintain Payroll records room and update the list of files and records.
Maintain stationary inventory record in payroll section.
Quarterly: Type Schedules of various account codes.
Type Quarterly Progress Report of payroll section.
Annually: Assist external auditors.
Type yearly progress report.
Provide accumulated annual leave balances of Finance H.O Mngt/Staff employees to HRD.
Consolidate/prepare annual leave plan of Finance H.O Mngt/Staff employees.
Prepare new leave registers for coming year.
Assist in checking and depatch of salary certificates.
File income tax salary certificates of officers.
Distribute diaries, calendars and eid cards to employees in Finance HO.
Periodically: Provide copies of leave applications to HR Deptt. for their record.
Enter officers and staff leave applications into leave register.
Type official letters of payroll section.
Provide record and files to officers and staff members of payroll section as and when required.
Prepare covering letters (BP’s) of various payments.
Visit to various banks for deposit of tax challans and other related activities.
Circulate various memos/letters in Finance HO.
Visit market and obtain quotations for estimate purpose to initiate procurement action of items required/approved in Business Plan.
Maintain and update list of officers and staff at Finance-HO.
Prepare list of items to be condemned and assist in condemnation process.
Liaison with Admin Deptt. For maintenance/repair jobs required in payroll section.
Any other job assigned by supervisors.
