Posting the Vouchers into Accounting Software, Bank reconciliation, Posting & Balances, Maintain schedules pertaining to prepayments, deposits & postdated Cheques, Prepare statement of availability of funds on daily basis as well as monthly basis, o complete & maintain Sale invoice & commission invoices, Check & balance on Account Receivables & Account Payable, Preparations sales reports of all divisions
Prepare the Quarterly, Monthly & Yearly comparison reports of Company Sales & Commission, Monthly management account preparation, Maintain Proper File Records, Follow Ups the Payee Party On daily Basis & Monthly staff salary
