• Responsible for Support of Retail Applications at Site and HO
o Microsoft .NET Frameworks, Tools & Technologies, Oracle Applications, Web and Mobile Applications, Beam Payments, Online Payments, SQL & Oracle Databases, Dynamics AX.
• Responsible for managing, integrating, deployment, configuration and supporting FID & Automation Solutions, and Automation Hardware Devices
o Fuel Management, Wet & Dry Stock Management, CStore, NCR POS Solution,
o Doms, Franklin, TLS/ATG, RFID Tags, RFID Nozzle Readers & Wireless Gateways, Networking.
• Performing system study, design and support of in house developed enterprise systems around Retail Operations of ENOC group related to Online Cards, Convenience Stores, Fuel Cards, Fleet Management and Automotive Operations.
• Perform system study, design and support of in house developed enterprise systems around Oil and Gas related to shipping, terminals, refining and supply chain mechanism of ENOC group.
• Ensure to find the root cause for bugs and responsible for comprehensive Testing of specific business modules of these systems.
• Prepare comprehensive and high quality documentation of Business Solutions as per standards and client requirements.
• Analyse and ensure enhancements and facilitate integration aspects around retail systems.
• Conduct Workshops for End Users during the process of implementing specific business modules for Training and Knowledge Transfer.
• Ensures timely completion of the tasks/modules of the project within target dates.
• Supports the customer in the post-implementation scenario.

• Successful delivery of projects to specification, time and budget
• Develop system requirement specifications, software requirements specifications, statements of work (SOW), and other product development and systems architecture related documents.
• Ensuring all deliverables are built to the appropriate quality - and personally reviewing all deliverables before delivery to client.
• Work closely with technical leads to ensure that risks are identified early in the sprint, communicated to the client, and mitigation plans identified for each risk
• Write and contribute to proposals through solutions design, schedule build out, pricing and presentations
• Provide a complete and thorough presentation and explanation of solution components or concepts to senior level management, customers, or internal stakeholders.
• Think out of the box and collaborate with others to architect and design systems using latest and state of the art technologies.

• Retail Automation and RFID Solutions integration and Projects management
• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
• Responsible for costing, estimating and planning projects.
• Maintaining and completing Project Key Performance Indicators.
• Key design decisions for the technology, structure and configuration of the system.
• Provide technical expertise in terms of software development, functionality, performance and technological tradeoffs.
• Manage software system development and integration projects through all phases of project life cycle - analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and production support.
• Delegate tasks/responsibilities to appropriate personnel and Track deliverables with appropriate tools.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Organizes and manages all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.

• Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.
• Owns the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project.
• Recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
• Performs code reviews and mentor developers.
• Manages technical resources within budget and project schedule.
• Recruiting, hiring, and coordinating the training for all project personnel.
