International Airport Maintenance & Operation Contract & New Radar Building Construction
Project:-Estimating & Costing, Design, Load Calculation, Preparing Shop Drawing & all other Electrical related work at Construction Site.
Responsible for carrying out planned maintenance, preventive maintenance and attending to Electrical breakdown maintenance, operation and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to Electrical plant and equipment in assigned field.Generating preventive and corrective maintenance work orders, setting priorities, assigning subordinates, liaising with other operation and maintenance supervisors to coordinate work activities, endorsing work orders and work permits, and supervising the actual execution of work on site and/or in workshop. Investigates and troubleshoots maintenance. Supervises all maintenance work carried out in the Electrical workshop and ensures availability and operability of all workshop machines and equipment. Liaises with the Work Planning personnel on timely updating of related maintenance activities in the 3Ms system. Ensures that HSE policies, procedures and implemented and strictly adhered to in his area of responsibility.
• Supervises the operation of power generation and interconnection systems in assigned field. Covering 33KV, 11KV, 415 V switch gear, reactors and transformers. Operation & Maintenance of Air field lighting co-ordinate with Air traffic control tower.
Installation maintenance and repair of Electrical equipment’s such as Air Conditioning (window a/c., split a/c., package units, Central a/c.), different types of industrial using A.C. & D.C. Motors, Power Distributions and protection systems, Electro-pneumatic and Hydro-Electrical control systems, Electronics equipment’s, control and power Diagrams, Thirstier drive, Frequency inverter ( VFD ) for variable speed D.C. & squirrel cage induction motor respectively, P.L.C. Control system for different machines, Air Compressor, Generators, U.P.S., , Fire fighting systems, different types of suction blower & Air pump, water pump, etc.
Worked in SCADA & DCS Control system for controlling Substation power distribution system & control and observation of all interconnected power systems Network & its accessories as well as Building Automation System (BAS) respectively.
*Attending meeting with the maintenance manager, and the plant manager to plan and implement work schedules to minimize machine break down due to Electrical problems.
Responsible for promoting Safety Regulation and also the company staff in Maintenance and Construction Site. >O/M Airport primary 11Kv network and secondary 415/230 V consumer system comprising miles of cabling, navigation and communication equipment (NDB, DVOR, DML, ILS) Transformers(Bryce, Yorkshire), switchgear, control devices, UPS, street and parking lights and facilities with aTeam of supervisors and skilled Technicians.Carried out preventive and break down maintenance of stand by DG sets 900KVA(English Electric Toyo, Daihatsu) and entire Electrical network.Manage control and monitor entire shift activities directing, facilitating all maintenance work in Terminal building as wel as carriedout preventive and break down maintenance of baggage handling systems, passenger loading bridge, any Electrical problem in central A.C.accessories(e.g. flood light, street light, obstruction light, different type of decoration lights etc)controlled by building Automation system.Logging reading of visual observation of variable(V, A, P, F)Through SCADA and monitor operational levels and report occurrences.Collect shift reports, investigates evaluate and maintain operational stability.Submit reports and charts to CE, Forecast requirement of spare and consumables and procurement.

Construction & Maintenance project contract of Waste Water Treatment Plant:->Investigates and troubleshoots maintenance problems.Imlements fault-finding routines and procedures, diagnoses problems and takes appropriate action including devising and implementing solutions, referring to other disciplines, recommending external expert assistance, and preparing reports, as necessary.

Construction Project:->- Review of shop drawings related to his discipline and ensures its compliance with designs, contract requirement and properly coordinated with other discipline.
>- Review of materials related to his discipline and ensures its compliance contract requirement.
>- Ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good practice and only approved materials are used.
>- Review all Contractor submittals related to his discipline addressing Method Statements, Project Quality Plan, Safety Plan, Schedules and compliance with Project objective.
>- Closely monitoring site inspectors/engineers performance.
>- Make sure that site activities are properly monitored and all quality records are established and maintained.
>- Make sure that all site inspections are carried out as per intervention points marked in the approved Inspection and Test Plan.
>- Review all of the projects electrical design drawings and related documents.
>- Provide recommendation on the proposed design to produce adequate and state of the art projects.
>- Review electrical design & construction drawings and suppliers documents.
>- Coordinate, follow up with tenant ICT services provided for the project and coordinate to have all these services made available to the tenants. Review tenant’s submitted Electrical designs and ICT Services/ follow up and coordinate with tenants’ during the fit out stage. Preparation of monthly training calendar & organize various types of training accordingly Industrial Health and Safety enrolment.Co-ordinate training & development programs.Skill matrix & consultation with HOD’S.Taking feedback & evaluation of training programs effectiveness.Regular meetings with employees.To facilities staff in general & to handle day to day grievances.Trouble shooting & modification of Electromechanical works.Supervising & coordinating the project to Electrical works in accordance with contract.
