Mange all commercial and technical archiving process for documents of contracts
and purchasing department by implementing processes and tools, Providing
system reports, maintaining and updating electronic information systems,
ensuring accuracy of all documentation are essential functions of a contract
controlling .
1. Ensuring all documents are as up to date as possible within electronic filing
systems .
2. Follow up contracts and documents unsigned with concerned department .
3. Assisting department employees ( Tender officer ) with queries on
documentation requirements & submission like NFA - LOA - RFP .
4. Reviewing and help to preparing Contracts Drafts, investment
committee reports, NFA and Tender documents .
5. Mangment archiving files, tender documents, saving original contracts and
perpare archive monthly reports and plan all processes to archive
procument Dept .
6. Utilizing a range of office software, including e-mail, official letters,
spreadsheets and databases .
7. Handling outgoing and incoming correspondence and preparing Responds
for corporate clients and investors with RTA .
8. Experience with contracts control Systems RTA such maximo and EMS
9. Strong IT, database and communication skills, writing official letters and
memos, preparing Reports .
10. Reporting, e-mailing section manager to all of contracts update and
status, coordinate with concerned departments to ensure completing the
various tasks
11. Assisting section manager to preparing Expire contracts Report sheets .
