1. I have worked as Deputy Team Leader in SQC for Chillar Dam MVDWSS under JJM (Rural Water Supply Project) in MP.
2. Responsible for overall construction management, quality control & quality assurance of the contracts.
3. Assist client in correspondence to clarifications from the contractors in technical aspects.
4. Undertake regular site visits at Intake well (81MLD), Approach Bridge(624m), Water Treatment Plant (66MLD), Over
Head Tanks (174 Nos.) and laying works related to pipelines such as MS pipe, DI pipe and HDPE pipes.
5. Assist in acquiring necessary permissions to acquire land for different components of scheme from concerned
department such as revenue, private land, road authorities, railway, water resource department and electricity
department and recommend on resolution of hindrances in execution.
6. To review, compile and finalize monthly, fortnightly & weekly progress reports and prepare PPT for meetings.
7. Drafting letters or any other communication with the contractor/ client/Project Management consultant on daily basis.
8. Reviewing the test results/certificates of all construction material to assess the quality of works.
9. Checking & verifying Measurement book and recommending for payment of bills as per the agreement between
contractor and MPJN and to direct the Contractor in all matters concerning construction, quality & safety.

Activities Performed:
1. I worked as Project Manager - Technical in DPMU Ajmer under JJM (Rural Water Supply Project) in Rajasthan.
2. Played a key role between WSSO, PHED, State Project Management Unit (SPMU) & Implementation Support Agency
(ISA) & efficiently handled overall project management of JJM in day to day works.
3. Prepared Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Yearly Functional Household Tap Connection (FHTCs) achievement sheets for
effective monitoring of JJM project. Data maintained in excel sheets on daily basis for performance monitoring
protocols of Divisions as per FHTCs achieved.
4. On behalf of client drafting letters related to support activities in JJM & preparing all types of reports related to
meetings, DWSM presentation and other documents as needed by project consultants & address delays to client.
5. Strengthen the established procedures and systems for overall project management and monitoring of project
implementation and recommended the process measures for rapid implementation of JJM at Regional level.

Projects worked on: - Restoration plan for conserving Natural Lake at Rajgarh Palace, Khajuraho for EIH Limited. Project - Performed:
1. Worked as Design Engineer and assisted senior designer in structural design of components such as retaining wall for
natural lake conservation work.
2. Assisted in Design of RCC Cut-off wall of 500m for the protection of bund with complete sets of drawings and detailed
project report. Calculation of excavation quantity of earthwork for deepening of lake. Preparation of lake conservation
plan for Rajgarh Palace situated near Khajuraho which is an archaeological heritage site.

1. Worked as Assistant Resident Engineer in Team Leader Office, Bhopal for Infrastructure Development Projects in
various Urban Local Bodies of Directorate UAD, Bhopal as a Consultant in state (Supervision & Quality Control).
2. Project includes supervision of Roads (CC road; BT road), Water Supply Schemes and other Infrastructure
Developments under UIDSSMT, MMSPY and MMSAVY Phase I & II schemes in Urban Local Bodies.
3. Preparing monthly progress reports, quarterly progress reports, regular site inspection reports, monthly monitoring of
physical & financial progress of projects, preparation of HUDCO loan reports and monthly invoices.
4. Conducting regular site visits for inspection of ongoing works and coordinating with divisional Resident Engineer offices
for ease of project. Supervise and monitor construction work of each contract package under my project area.
5. Proficiency in managing recruitment activities & analysis, allotment of locations to all staff with coordinating at Head
Office, Hyderabad.
6. Assist the team in reviewing documents and drawings submitted by the contractor and monitor construction activities,
materials testing, and quality control processes to verify adherence to approved plans and specifications.

1. Worked as a Review & Monitoring Engineer of Chief Minister Infrastructure Projects for Urban Administrative
Development Department, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh as a Inspection (IRMA).
2. Project includes the inspection of Roads (CC road; BT road) as MMSAVY, Water Supply Schemes as MMSPY and
Sanitation works as MMSSM at all Urban Local Bodies in M.P.
3. Regular inspections of sites during Pre-Construction Stage, Construction Stage & Post-Construction Stage.
4. Preparing regular site inspection reports, monitoring of physical & financial progress of projects, preparation of HUDCO
loan reports and preparation of monthly invoices as per actual site visits conducted.
5. Verifying random testing of material and cubes at site in contractors lab and analysing test results submitted by
contractor from personal established labs, private NABL accredited & govt. labs.
6. Identify and report any non-conformities, defects, or discrepancies observed during inspections and coordinate with
project stakeholders to address corrective actions

1. Preparation of architectural drawing, layout, plan, elevations etc. for residential villas & townships.
2. To prepare estimates, arrange labour at site with machinery and equipments.
3. Worked on providing consultation for building permissions from Municipal Corporation Bhopal to clients.
4. Execution of civil work of independent villas, multi-storey buildings and renovation works.
5. Liaise with contractors and site persons to clarify technical specifications, resolve issues, and ensure smooth progress.
