A Flash Back on what has been done to settle the Factory:
• Evaluating Free Zones available from different point of views including expenses, customs procedures
involved, conditions, facilities provided to the investors etc., in order to choose the best one among all,
matching the owner purposes .
• Choosing SAIF Zone as the target free zone, visiting and studying different locations available to choose
the suitable warehouse area to fulfill factory and office settlement requirements.
• Managing to meet SAIF Zone governmental authorities in different sections including Administration,
Lease & License, engineering, maintenance and landscaping in order to take all required licenses and
approvals for modifications needed to be done in the factory and office area.
• Evaluating subcontractors in construction, fire fighting systems, gas system providers, sign boards… in
their services and expenses to choose among and sign contract to finish required modifications.
• Managing above mentioned procedures to be done and finished accordingly.
Overseas Trade Management
• Finding maximum number of local and overseas manufacturers and suppliers in related field to the
required raw material, machineries, accessories and items.
• Evaluating them from production capacity, being direct manufacturer, price and services points of
views.
• Preparing a short list of 3 to 5 largest most reliable manufacturers with the most competitive prices.
• Visiting the factory and facilities of the short listed suppliers to be confirmed as reliable sources.
• Choosing two suppliers as the company sources, first option and second one.
• Signing contract with the first source of the company, after sample approval.
• Monitoring production stages of company’s source to fix the delivery time.
• Arranging shipment of the consignment with the most reasonable shortlisted shipping lines.
• Preparations to receive original shipping documents.
• Monitoring customs clearance procedures and processes involved to be done by related consigned
agent up to the final arrival of the cargo to the factory site.
Admin and Procurement Management:
● Registering company trade mark & logo through ministry of Economy
• Monitoring Focus (software) on daily basis to check material availability in order to place new orders on
proper time based on last three months consumption and production schedule.
• Negotiating with the sources and receiving the related PI from the confirmed one.
• Sending advance payment request through software to Finance DPT to release the payment within
maximum 5 working days.
• Simultaneously the copy of final PI from the source would be emailed to the Finance DPT along with
other available offers.
• Receiving remittance advice copy from the Finance DPT and emailing it to the source to start
production.
• Monitoring other procedures involved thereafter; the same as explained in Oversea Trade procedures.
• Balance payment request would be sent to the Finance DPT through software and copy of shipping
documents (BL, CO, CI and PL) would be emailed for confirmation that shipment has been already
done.

Work Description: Position: Managing all Import Affairs of Pouya International Trading
Company (PITC) and export affairs of Pars machine Sepehr Company
(PMSCO).
(PITC and PMSCO are two member trading companies of a group
which is called Hamgam Industrial Group. The complete list of member
companies of the group has been provided at the end of this part.
PITC is the sale and commercial department of Pars Electrical
Transmission Equipment Company (Pars ETE) and also the trading
company responsible for all import projects of customers outside the
group.
My responsibilities cover the following:
All commercial activities of the company is being done under my
supervision
These activities are:
- Importation of raw material needed by Pars ETE or other customers
outside the group.
- Marketing and export of goods manufactured by Pars ETE or other
customers outside the group.
- All activities related to advertisement, market research and planning,
sourcing raw material from abroad, contracting and other related
commercial activities to import and export are being done in PITC under
my supervision.
- Other related commercial activities including negotiation, purchase
and import of different types of machinery and production lines for Pars
ETE and some other customers outside the group are being done in
PITC under my supervision.
