Key deliverables,
▪ Inspection Co-ordination and leading the Inspection team
▪ Developing & reviewing ITP and other Inspection procedures for maintenance & In-service inspection activities
▪ Reviewing of NDE procedures
▪ Ensuring implementation of ITP, WPS and other QC procedures for each and every job
▪ External and internal visual inspection of in-service equipment and piping
▪ Thickness gauging of in-service equipment, tank and piping for corrosion rate monitoring
▪ Inspecting the failure location in job, finding the root cause and rectifying according to written repair procedure
▪ Inspection of heat exchanger, tube bundle, pressure vessel and other fabrication works in vendor shops
▪ Visual inspection of piping, tank and equipment weld joints
▪ Witnessing vacuum box testing & oil penetrant testing for weld joints in tank
▪ Preparing test pack for Piping and Equipment
▪ Performing line check
▪ Witnessing Hydro test and Pneumatic test
▪ Equipment Box-up inspection
▪ Taking part in Pre-Start up safety review
• Conducting inspection of piping and mechanical activities in designated area
• Responsible for preparing of Qa/Qc procedures and reports
• Inspection of Rotary and static equipment erection activities in designated area
• Visual inspection of weld joint at fit up, during welding and after welding as per ASME B31.3
• NDT interpretation of welded joints
• Maintaining QC documentation (ISO)
• Arranging receiving inspection of materials a and attaining approval of materials from client
• Conducting hydro test and pneumatic test with client
• Monitoring of welder performance
• Co ordination with construction team for mechanical completion of project
mechanical engineering.
