- Requirement analysis and functional specification redaction, preparation and tests coordination.
- User guide writing, tests plan preparation (including SQL request in system), tests/UAT phase management, Insure deployment in PROD.
- Analysis of regulations that are into force (amendments on the SCR Calculation, changes on regulatory reports…), manage the law application, handle changes on all financials products (Bonds, Equities, derivatives…)
- Handle changes on the different applications and domains (Calculations, Acquisition, and Reporting).
- Insure communications and change’s follow up towards Warsaw, Chennai, Lisbon, Paris and London teams including application’s support.
- Data management including frequent contacts with Dexo (Rating), Factset, MultiFonds…
Project: Follow the Law application in Solvency II perimeter from 2014 until present.

- Ensured the settlement of transactions processed by the Front Office, Managed FO initiated transactions for products such as equities, convertible bonds and TCNs, USMTNs, EMTNs.
- Processed and followed-up international and domestic markets regulation. Ensured Share Buyback and Capital Increase Instructions.
- Managed the French and Italian TTF declaration and Closing of Monthly Positions. Ensured Corporate Action’s Management: Instruction, follow-up and settlement (buy-in case).
Project: Counterparties Data base creation.

- Ensured settlement of transactions processed by the Front Office, Analyzed and controlled Front Office bookings.
- Proceeded and followed-up Settlement / Delivery created and updated Instructions Settlement / Delivery.
- Ensured compliance respect on all trades (Equity, Convertible Bonds, Warrants…).
- Proceed, Instructed, and followed-up the delivery on international and domestic markets. Liaised with different counterparties to resolve securities and financial gap.
