This degree allowed me to master the art of translating texts with the minimum loss of meaning in the target text. I learned that the important thing is to maintain the spirit of the text and convey it in the best way possible whether semantically, syntactically or pragmatically. Interpreting was a hole different thing. I learned how to work under pressure on how to convey the meaning in the most accurate way possible.

I studied in English literature department which did not include only English literature. It included linguistics, translation, phonetics, international literature and comparative literature. That experience allowed me to have a larger scope of all the components of English, literature, criticism, language and translation.
