Maximizing retail sales in assigned areas in order to grow the market share, ranking and productivity of every counter under responsibility.
●Monitor the performance of the area managers and their teams and take remedial action when necessary to ensure that sales targets are met.
●Being responsible for recruitment and team development.
●Collect, analyze, interpret, and share relevant market information, including competitor and sales data, marketing activities and market share to support the identification of sales and customer opportunities.
●Coordinating with sales teams in order to ensure eficient order taking and the processing of stock.
●Compiling monthly sales reports for (including commercial line and new launch reports).
●Conducting regular counter visits and ensuring the development of the sales team through regular coaching and appraisals.
●Co-operating with the training team in order to ensure that sales team attends mandatory training courses.
●Planning and controlling the expense budgets for retail activities (transportation, meeting expenses, etc.).
●Enforcing strict and regular controls for POS merchandising, decoration, and operating conditions in accordance with PCD standards and Brand guidelines.
●Supervising and executing promotional activities as formulated by the Marketing Department.
●Penetrating new channels and closing profitable deals.

Design and implement a yearly plan for the portfolio encompassing, sales plan by brand/outlet, marketing plan by brand, purchase plan by brand and action plan by brand and by outlet
●Monitor assesses and reports the progress of the plan to the Senior CM/CM on a monthly basis.
●Develop the sales performance, by optimizing inventory levels in store, implementation the action/marketing plan.
●Monitor and manage key financial elements including gross margin, expenses and stock levels.

●Provide regular feedback to suppliers on their sales, stock levels, rankings and promotional activities.
●Implement operating procedures of the category - for smooth procurement and distribution.
