Preparing Budget identifying analysis to finalize Plant, supplier,
and Sub-Contractor.
Preparing Final account of projects.
Miscellaneous works like holding control on RFI/MIR for the
executed works and drawing requirements for Payment,
deduction report for payment certificate, Sub contractor Logs
against Budget and certification, involved in procurement
department and providing budget to finalize supplier and sub-
contractor, keeping site engineers and management aware for
BOQ structure
Work on cost plan to identify Cot to complete (CTC), Cost to
date (CTD) and final forecast cost (FFC) based on cost incurred
and forecast analysis.
