High Mark Real Estate Brokers got their name from leading the off-plan residential sales with D1 Tower and Palazzo Versace Hotel. I was brought onto the team as the Sales Manager to start and build the secondary market sales and leasing team. I employed all staff and grew the team from scratch which excelled in the current Dubai market and built a strong name for the company in the secondary market sales and leasing field.
My role at High Mark Real Estate Brokers consisted of the following roles:
• Employing a team of experience and unexperienced sales brokers from the UK and Dubai
• Training the team and getting them up to speed in a timely manner
• Negotiating all sales and leasing deals
• Building good relationships for the company with repeat investors regularly buying
• Ensuring my team hit their sales targets consecutively every month
• Making sure the team and my division of the company was always running smoothly and generating good revenue.
